Hi cparkwork I don't know if this is available in Spanish but there are many Spanish-language Teams tutorial videos on YouTube, if that helps.

Microsoft, please make demo resources like this (https://teamsdemo.office.com/#/0/1) in Spanish. Having walkthru demos is a great interactive way for a learner to learn and do at the same time.
