Teams Console, without console

Hi,

we are currently investing the possibilities of installing the Teams Rooms Console on an intel nuc.

We have a Logitech meetup camera, without a logitech and might buy an intel nuc.

The question is if we could run the console on the nuc (which is connected to a 50' screen) and controll this with a keyboard. or is an external touch device always needed to be able to setup a console?
