Teams cant control users screen after allowing control
Title says it all, after I can see the user's screen and the user presses Allow when I request control, I will not be able to control the screen and the toolbar below (End call, screen sharing, chat)...
hi everyone, found this workaround that works, although it still annoys me every time.
after the user allow your control, click on the Chat on the left pane, then click screen sharing (with the same user you're supposed to control) and it will now work.
Hoping for a fix soon Microsoft.

Having the same issue since at least 5 days, my coworkers can't reallty use remote control because no cursor appears.
Waiting for a fix from microsoft.
