Hi Saurabhmhatre , Microsoft provides an article where all needed IPs and URLs are included for the different Microsoft 365 services. Theses URLs and IP ranges should be allowed to connect directly from your network.

For Microsoft Teams, you can find a dedicated section:

But please be aware that you should open the firewall for the M365 core services, too. Whithout this, the user will get some problems to login to the M365 platform in general.
