Teams App Permission Policy - Subsequent assignement
Hello,
id like to set some Teams App Permission Policy, but Teams and these kind of apps are already in use. What happens if i assign a policy which blocks apps which are already in use?
Is there a way to block also the standard apps which are not available for selection?
Thx

- It will block the app, doesn't matter if it was already in use. Some first-party apps cannot be blocked though.
- Hello, those apps will no longer be available for the users and they can't interact with the app https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/teams-app-permission-policies#what-does-a-user-experience-when-an-app-is-blocked
In general you can be granular using the app permission policies and the setup policies, meaning which apps are they supposed to be able to use and which apps do you want to include by default in their Teams app (you can configure the org-wide app settings too). Perhaps you already know this but I'm adding the docs link https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/app-policies
