Teams admin page errors when user has an apostrophe in the name

Question

I'm trying to setup a new phone operator in Teams Admin Center.

Their name contains an apostrophe in the surname and this seems to cause the Auto Attendant setup page to stop working and refuse to save changes.

Has anyone got a suggestion on how to bypass this short of renaming the user (which might be a bit offensive)?

Did you try doing this via PowerShell? It might be an UI issue, but in any case best open a support request and report it.
