Team Room System conversion\chat vs Security Concerns

Hi Microsoft,

Security have a Concern about the chat/conversion in the Team room system, where the conversion/chat is storge and if somehow other can somehow get acces to the chat/conversion ?

is there someone that can anser this Concern from the Security department ?

Security is asking if it is possible to remove the chat/conversion in the Team room system ?
