Hello,
I had the same issue yesterday.
Teams app (Android) was not synchronising correctly on WiFi when working from home, but switching to mobile data would resolve the issue.
Symptoms:
- Messages I sent would not be sent
- Message I sent from my laptop did not appear on my mobile app unless I switched data
- Some media files sent by colleagues would not appear on mobile app until I switched to data
I resolved it be changing my IPv6 setting on my Linksys broadband router (from "Automatic" to "Passthrough"). I guess the app doesn't like IPv6
Now the Android app works as expected.
I also had issues on Viva android app (my feed would not load at all unless Iswitched to data) which seems to have been resolved as well.
