Hi, same issue here.
At some point, and it seems to be very often when you switch from 4G Data to Wifi or vice versa, MSFT Teams stops syncing.
I've tried everything indicated.
I tried turning off and reactivating the "work" partition.
I've tried turning airplane mode on and off.
Nothing solves it, except in most cases, restarting the phone.
This is not new, it has been happening for several months and is a very serious problem for those of us who are on the move and relying on the tool.
