Stuck MFA in Teams app in macOS
For the past couple of weeks I have been implementing on Intune the environment to be able to enrol MacBooks. I have configured a configuration profile to enable SSO authentication, following the Microsoft guide. So far so good.
The application impacted is Microsoft Teams. Whenever I unlock the MacBook (due to inactivity), the application prompts me to authenticate via MFA (only MFA). The error is as follows, “Please sign in again. This could be a request from IT or Teams or the result of a password update.” This has occurred on all enrolled MacBooks. We use Microsoft Authenticator for MFA.
I also tried cleaning the KeyChain of any “old” tokens or passwords. The problem seemed to be solved, but the next day it recurred.
Does this happen to anyone?
