Stop showing third party apps in teams app store for each user

If I turn off the "third-party apps" in the "org-wide app settings" of "teams admin center", will those apps stop showing in the "app store" of each users teams?

If not, how can I achive this in a different way? 

Background of my question: I would like to reduce the visibility of apps in the teams app store of each users teams only to Microsoft apps, because we don't allow third party apps in any case.

If those third party apps are not visible, it is easier for the user to navigate through the teams app store.
