Joseph_Mitchell The ramifications are O365 app authentication on devices. Usually a restart of a physical device or log in/log out from VDI will clear up issue. That's the downside. Otherwise they'll get a different error.

Hi Mark, could you clarify I've got the correct idea for this.
Open Azure AD
Find the user
Open devices
Tick the registered device>Delete
What are the ramifications of this or does it just re-register next time the user signs in on that device? I've not had endpoint/intune training in anyway but I've got this issue for a user.
