Spotlight only one person

Hello,

I'm just curious about spotlight feature.

Now we can spotlight for multiple people at the same time,

but I prefer previous spotlight setting - spotlight only one person. 

so my question is, can I set any policy for spotlighting only one person,

or should I change spotlighted person by manually?
