Our Case has been "escalated to product group" - but not yet solved.

- wayke91Nov 16, 2022Copper ContributorOur issues cleared up this morning around 9:45 US Central time. It cleared up during one of our test calls where we were collecting logs. Presence was still broken when the call was made, then the 30 second mark rolled by and the call was still going, we noticed presence was suddenly working too.

It was annonced yesterday in our support case:
"During the night we are doing steps which should fix the problem with the TEAMS calling to SFB Client will be disconnected after 30 sec."
And seems to be fixed today in the morning - still testing.
Have you tested today on your site? I think it should be fixed for all and not only our tenant.EDIT: it was fixed on MS side - nothing was changed onprem
EDIT2: presence seems to be fixed too. But its only fixed ofter the teams onlyuser changes his status once - which should be happen automaticaly after some time
