good luck - five days with premier support and they have no clue...
Are you comfortable in sharing your case numbers? Perhaps we can pass them along to the respective teams to help prove the issue. I can't get passed the consultants wanting to just close the case and blaming the on-prem.

How can they blame onprem if all the other teams federations are fine and the problems only occurs on the federation with the own Teams Orga?- It's easy to blame anything when all evidence is ignored lol.
- I have news, suddenly my lab hybrid environment has started to working perfectly. I don't know what's happened, I'm sure I did not changed everything on my side but now it's fine. I hope this means that they rolled back their faulty change so you will get your hybrid environment "back" soon.
