Are you comfortable in sharing your case numbers? Perhaps we can pass them along to the respective teams to help prove the issue. I can't get passed the consultants wanting to just close the case and blaming the on-prem.

I don't know what's happened, I'm sure I did not changed everything on my side but now it's fine. I hope this means that they rolled back their faulty change so you will get your hybrid environment "back" soon.
