Same issue here, presence is one-way, SfB on-premise users see Teams only users as offline users.
The strange thing with the call issue is that the audio connection will be built up without any issue, I can hear the remote party, he/she can hear me but the call will be dropped after 30 sec.

I made another interesting observation - i can still see the presence from other tenants from onpremise - tested with three external teams domains.
But not from our tenant.
- Same here. 😞 Everything goes well between external Teams users and on-premise SfB users.
Also calls do not drop after 30Sek with external Teams Users - only with users from our tenant.
We will see how long MS Support will take to find the cause - atm they are still searching for expired certificates on our onprem infrastructure - even they confirmed all other federations are working.....- We ran into this issue in our lab environment so unfortunately we don't have support by Microsoft. 😞 Could you please keep me informed? I would very appreciate it.
