Show Phone and mobile number
Dear community,
we would like to display multiple numbers when you press the phone button in Teams.
Right now only the mobile number is shown.
The users contact card displays the phone number. So it is a bit confusion where the attributes are coming from.
We would like to show both numbers (phone/mobile) or exchange the mobile number with the phone number if you try to call a contact e.g. from the chat.
Is this currently possible?

The attributes are coming from Azure AD, which is the identity and access management app in Azure which holds your users information
You can access it at https://portal.azure.com > go to Azure Active Directory > Users and modify those numbers for staff members
However, Teams currently only shows a limited contact card with the phone number. There is a uservoice to vote on it here

I know for a fact that Microsoft are aware of this (since I have fed this back personally in AMA sessions) and I am sure something will be here in the future to show the whole contact card including phone and mobile. However, no set timeframes as yet. Vote on it and you will be notified once it's picked up

Do we have to swap the attribute in Azure AD or can I tell Teams which attribute (in this case which number) it should get?

Unfortunately not at the moment, it pulls from the specific phone number attribute; however you can modify the value to what you want in that attribute
