"Show Changes" button in PowerPoint within Microsoft Teams

Within the PowerPoint app in Teams, there is a "Show Changes" button under the Review menu.  What does this button do?  I expected it to show the latest changes made to a collaborative PowerPoint presentation, but I see no effect with I click the button.
