Shifts
We are thinking about using Shifts for our scheduling of our Team. Currently we use a different program and when we schedule a team member they receive an email in Outlook to add the shift to their calendar. I am trying to find out if there is a way to send a shift to the team members outlook or how they get notified? I played with the notification on my phone but could not get it to work.
