Shifts has gone from Teams menu

Hi All

We have noticed that Shifts has disappeared from Teams. No trace of it in the application or the web view. 

Looking in the Teams Admin portal, it doesn't appear in under App Permission Policies - it was on Global before this mechanism was implemented - also note that Webpages can't be added as a tab, whereas they could before too. 

I've updated the global policy and saved, given a few hours but still no sign of this or webpages
