Shifts app has disappeared on teams

Hi

My manager has gone onto teams today to edit/ amend our shifts, but the shifts app is not showing on her teams. Usually when she clicks the 3 dots the following programmes appear; one note, shifts, stream, who, wiki, however none are appearing. She has tried searching for the apps and cannot find them either.

We're unsure what's happening as I can see the shifts on my teams and can open/ amend. She's tried restarting her computer and signing out/in of teams. She has also tried logging in through office 365, as opposed to the Windows 10 app.

Petri-X seems that this is still an issue.. Looking forward to hearing when it'll be available.  Just found out about this app today and I don't see any comparable substitutes.

    Title: Limited Teams functionality

User Impact: Users may be experiencing limited functionality within the Microsoft Teams service.

Current status: We're reviewing system telemetry to isolate the source of the issue.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to a subset of users who are served through the affected infrastructure.

Would recommend keeping an eye on this issue and periodically test it over the course of the next day where it should self correct. If not, I would raise a ticket to Microsoft

Another explanation could be if an administrator changed an app policy or applied a new app policy to her in the Teams Admin Centre - however, this is more be unlikely. I would check with them to see if she has access to shifts through the app policy.

Lastly I would check to see if she can see it in the mobile app.

Hope that answers your question. Let me know how you get on

    Best, Chris

We are facing a similar issue - some of our team can see the shifts app whilst others cannot. We are only starting to use it so not sure if we are doing something wrong, or it's just an issue at the moment with Teams. I have made sure all the team members are added to the group.

        Hi AhmedAlkhaja

There is still some ongoing issues with Teams because of the massive ramp up in the use the last few weeks because of increased remote working due to Covid. I would personally wait another day and then if the issue self resolved - if not, and it persists tomorrow then raise a ticket to Microsoft support

        Best, Chris
