Sharing folders across multiple Teams and Channels
I have a stakeholder platform with four separate regional Teams, each with private channels for individual organisations and some open channels with common documents shared with each regional team. Is there a way to have a single "master" channel with files that are shared across all four Teams? So that when files are updated, or new ones added, updating the "master" channel will automatically update the files in all the Teams?
Tim_Tabart Hi I am not 100% sure what your question is but if you like to have like a master channel shared with multiple orgs or teams you can use Shared Channels functionality

- Tim_TabartCopper ContributorThanks Paul, That looks like it will fit my need. One question the link didn't quite answer is whether people who are joined in Teams as Guests can access the shared channel and post to the chat.
- What will happen is that the people will be a guest in your tenant but you are a guest in there tenant. With this method they don't have to do any tenant switching and they will always have notifications when something is posted.
