Sharepoint News Connector error when trying to add to MS Teams

Hi, I am consistently getting the following error message when trying to add a Sharepoint News Connector to a channel once I try and configure it. When I press configure and then press save this comes up . Any Ideas or anyone else experiencing this?

Got the same problem as well, agree this connector is flakey as news posts can take from minutes to hours to post in the Teams Channel.

We are having this problem in my organization as well, I had to create a power automate workflow as a backup. Hopefully this is resolved soon.

The Sharepoint News Connector has never worked well. We've tried using it for almost a couple of years now since moving to Teams, and even if it works, it will stop working in a month or 2. Would have to constantly remove and re-add it to get it working again. Now we're getting the same error mentioned above when trying to re-add it to a channel.

What does your flow look like? That seems like a great solution since Power Automate seems to be much more stable than the connector has been. I quickly tried using the template for "Post a message to Teams when a new item is added to a Sharepoint list", but it's not detecting the News Articles as a valid list
