Hi,
Yes, you can add multiple domains in the Office 365 admin portal so that invites will be sent from the domain (email address) assigned to the organizer of the meeting. The meeting invite is sent from the organizer of the meeting, so what domain it is sent from depends on what mail address they have in Exchange.

The thing here is that the external user will see this:
You have been added as a guest to [Azure organsiation name] in Microsoft TeamsAzure organisation name will be set here:
https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home?#/Settings/OrganizationProfileIs there a way to have different name for different domains?

You can only have one Organisation name, so all your users will belong to the same organisation in Azure AD and guests will be invited to that organisation. But you can have multiple different domains in that organisation.
If you want multiple Organisation names, that would require a new tenant.
