Currently the option is that Teams Meeting organised by the Users or Owners or Members of the Team using thier Email Address. Hence thier Email Address is shown while scheduling the meeting.
Although the request which you have can be a future development in Microsoft Teams Application and can be in the roadmap. Teams has its own email address but I really doubt that can be configured as a Email Account on a Outlook.
