Security feature in teams for zoom

Hello everyone,

I want to know if it's possible to increase the security when it comes to webinars held in Teams. We email all members who's registered in teams for weekly webinars and we found that a couple are sharing the webinar link for non members to attend with their username credential. 

We would like to know if there's away or 3rd party app to install that will see the user is signed in at IP 192.168.1.1 and block it from coming in the meeting via a different IP with the user login or at least for some members who maybe in the same house that signed in on a laptop but then decide to watch via their desktop it would either know it's the same IP by the WAN and allow it or see it's different prompting the user to sign out of the 1st location. 

This is just to help us prevent none members from seeing our webinars.
