Screenshot caps in Teams appear as Red Boxes

Can anyone help me?

My teams is showing screenshots as red boxes.

Animated GIFS are fine, but snippets and screenshot posts appear red.

 

This hasn't happened before and Old Screenshots also appear red

Can anyone assist?

    to address this issue, you can consider the following steps:

    1. Clear the Teams cache: This action may resolve the problem, as it can sometimes be caused by cached images and files.

    2. Restart the Teams application: Simply restarting the app might also resolve the issue, as it can clear temporary glitches (bugs)
    3. Verify for updates: Ensure that you're using the latest version of the Teams app to benefit from any bug fixes or improvements.

    4. Reinstall the Teams app: If the above steps do not work, you can attempt a clean reinstall of the Teams app.

  • JanMichael9500 This looks to me like a third party DLP security tool is obfuscating company data from screen shots. It's not a native Teams feature.
