Screen sharing not working
I'm using the Teams app, on my Windows 10 laptop.
When I'm on call with my coworkers, I can screen share specifics documents (ex.: screen share one specific Word or PDF file).
But I can't screen share my whole screen, to show more than one document at a time (when I click the option, my coworkers only see a black screen or a loading screen).
How can I fix this problem?
My coworkers don't have this problem and all my software updates are done.

- Hello, try some of the "standard troubleshooting steps" to see if it helps (not necessarily all).
- Sign out from your Teams app manually, top right corner, and back in.
- Update the Teams app (check for updates) also top right corner.
- Reset the app (remove all content here %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams, copy/paste via Start)
- Reinstall the app
- Update your graphics driver
- Adjust the display resolution
