SBC preferences

Hi All... im looking to gain some insider views on SBC's in use with Direct Routing.  I am keen to find out preferences regarding vendor and why.  We Deploy Ribbon SBC's and i like them, but the GUI could do with a little work. The support team behind it is also top notch. However i would like to gauge how others find their vendor hardware... When it comes down to who to choose between Audio Codes and Ribbon...
