Saving documents in file system within teams

Hi i have a question about saving documents in a team we have a document a master document that needs to be able to completed by nurses out and about they can fill in the document but need to be able to save their own document after completion to the folder that the master is in and rename also is this possible as at the moment they have the option to download the document but this isn’t what we need as when they are out and about this wouldn’t be feasible for them they need to be able to edit the document quickly and then save the document back into the original folder with a new name or is there an easier way of doing this.

    Having tried this this morning, if you open the document and go to File > Save as then you will only see the options to download as copy, download as ODS or rename.

    So, the way I did it

    1.) Select ... (More Options) next to the file
    2.) Copy the file > Keep Both
    3.) Rename
    4.) Open and complete
