Running multiple projects in manufacturing - Best practice

Hi,

Is there any way I can enter details of a new job for our company to manufacture starting with quote, contract, manufacture, invoicing, so I can track tasks and automate tasks for our small team?  What would be best practice in this environment?  Am I expecting too much from Teams or should I be looking somewhere else?
