Routing number incorrect
I am having a problem with one user in the organization. When this user types in an external number in the team's telephony e.g. 07******** it will then dial how the call will not connect, it say...
This sounds like it's using the US normalization rules, instead of UK. This might come up if you have the wrong usage location assigned, or the wrong voice policies. Does the user have any voice routing policies assigned? Are others able to dial the number correctly?
