my current coexistence mode is: Island, I want to know if it is possible and how i can remove Skype for business add-on from outlook from some users, so They are forced to use Teams add-on

Karim Hossam I think a option would be to set the users with teams to teams only https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/setting-your-coexistence-and-upgrade-settings
I guess this solves your problem.

MicrosoftPaul_Keijzers I still want to work in Island mode, but I just want to disable/remove the Skype for business addon for same users in the outlook, (I can't find how to do this in the article)

Set-CsTeamsMeetingPolicy -PreferredMeetingProviderForIslandsMode
