Removal of Default Tabs - "Staff Notebook" & "Reflect"

Yes this just eats up screen space. I'm teaching at apprentice level. I feel ashamed to show Reflect to these young adults. Make it go or at least give a admin the proper rights to dismiss this nonsense.
