Remote participants can't hear me when they speak
Hi,
I've been trying to solve this problem for a long time.
We're using Windows 11 (previously Windows 10) with all the latest updates.
We have a Jabra 810 connected to our computer. Everything works fine.
But when the other person starts talking, he stops hearing us (or our voice is so quiet they don't notice). As soon as he stops talking, he starts hearing us normally again.
What could be the cause, and how can I fix this?
Best regards,
Dmitry

Perhaps to get out of that. I think it's a sort of more larger an alternative. Is switch to VoIP.
Voice over Internet Protocol
Takes all the callers and senders Integrated into one system. So they anyone with that function can all communicate with each other.
Which it's possible for you take COMPTIA Security VoIP.
P.S I really not liking some of senior people making dismissive claims from an email I got back from Google saying to file a law order. I'm not going to approach like some Neanderthals idea. Also maybe, explain why they hire them over the sophisticated person who could give a broader approach. Simplier to give the dumb answer than the smarter one.
This world these days is so utterly ridiculous. Questions the idea of authority.

Hi Anamika1,
Thanks for the advice. I've already tried that.
The only thing I noticed is that the sound works fine after uninstalling the drivers and before they automatically update.
Perhaps there's a specific driver version that can fix this? - Anamika1Copper Contributor
Cause: Windows is temporarily prioritizing the headset for the other participant's voice, causing audio
drop. Disabling exclusive control and updating drivers usually.
fix: Try switching the Default Communication Device to Jabra 810 manually :
- Disable "exclusive mode" in Windows
- update or reinstall audio drivers
- Check team device settings
- update Jabra firmware
- Reset Microsoft Teams cache
