Cause: Windows is temporarily prioritizing the headset for the other participant's voice, causing audio
drop. Disabling exclusive control and updating drivers usually.
fix: Try switching the Default Communication Device to Jabra 810 manually :
- Disable "exclusive mode" in Windows
- update or reinstall audio drivers
- Check team device settings
- update Jabra firmware
- Reset Microsoft Teams cache
