I guess my first question would be how did you share it differently this time than in times past what's the difference what was unique about this time

When I first shared the powerpoint, I couldn't edit it live (it was showing as a slide show).
Cannot remember how I got around this - was doing it 'on the fly' in the middle of a meeting.

under the drop down saved you should be able to find the the various versions that were saved. If not there maybe it was an auto recover save. Frustrating to say the least but if you saw the auto save pop up you know its there somewhere will find it.. Think of the recoverty save like a spreadsheet that we all close out on from time to time and don't save. Keep me in the loop Im sure ill need the answer to one day

Not linked in files, linked to chat with my manager. Not in the meeting itself (I can see attendance etc but not the document). So I've no idea!
