gautdab Kamanga please create support tickets with MSFT also. We need to do an investigation on the MSFT side as well. Please message me privately the support case and the MSFT employee that is assigned to the case. Thanks.

We are running into the same issue. We just moved into a new building and upgraded our collaborative technologies only to find that we cannot use them due to this failure. We will send you the support case number shortly and hope to see a fix soon.

I am a bit dismayed by the support response I received as it was a link to a Poly community about the issue that we have already read. This isn't a fix, this is a pass-off or band aide at best. Disappointed to say the least.
