Monitoring for chats...
Hi,, When you are looking for Teams user, you can find her/his calls and meetings. But from where I can find details about the chats? When it has been started, how many messages etc.. I'm not ex...
Have you checked in the Teams admin centre?

Not much but I use it regularly to generate CSV reports including:
Id DisplayName LastActivity (UTC Time) ChannelMessages ChatMessages 1:1 Calls
