Problems loading teams

hello, I´m having problems with teams. I called to support but they told me that this problem he can´t fix it because he helps with basic things, so he gave the link to ask for help here. My problem is that I download the app and I click to open it but I can´t enter the app. The Microsoft man that help me said that apparently, teams can´t load in the operating system. If someone can help me I'll be very grateful because I need it as soon as possible for my virtual classes.
