Privacy for creating a team

Hi all. On my tenant when creating a new teams from scratch users only see Private or Public. Is there a way to chnage only for private? Thanks in advance

You may want to check out this discussion on using Purview to block the creation of Public Teams. It's not available via the Teams admin center or app.
