Printing Teams Meeting invite
I have a group of users that insist on printing hard copies of calendar invites. When these are Teams Meeting invites and you print, they look like this.
See that attached for what the print looks like. Is there a way to eliminate all the 'junk' that shows up?

Yes, there is a workaround so that it doesn't print all the URL's. Basically drag the meeting appointment in outlook to your desktop like a shortcut. Once its on your desktop, double click on it and print. This will look fine.
I don't think there is any way to change this in Outlook. I was not able to find it at least. So this might be one reason to get them to understand that this is not a good idea and a waste of paper?
