Prevent internal users from joining a teams meeting
When we schedule a meeting in Teams (Teams Client or using Outlook with the addin) a link is being created. Once this link is know by an internal user, he can automatically access a meeting. We need to make sure that this is NOT possible.
Imagine: a board of directors meeting - where secret infos will be discussed - is being held in teams. once an internal employee knows the teams meeting url, he can join the meeting.

- What about doing those meetings on a Team where only the board of directors have access?

we've been looking into this. Some of them are external. we've been going thru this: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/teams-dependencies
and this:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/create-a-link-or-a-code-for-joining-a-team-11b0de3b-9288-4cb4-bc49-795e7028296f?ui=en-us&rs=en-us&ad=us
which seems pretty complicated. You think this is the way to go?
Thanks for your response!
