Precompile a Teams Meeting
I want to create a link that help user to precompile a Meeting in Calendar using Teams.
The result will be something like this:
https://teams.microsoft.com/_#/scheduling-form/?title=hello
I just want to add:
- Attendees
- Description for the Meeting
Is there any list of parameters I can use in the URL?
- Hi shockbuzz
Teams doesn’t currently have user defined meeting templates. However, there is a uservoice open for them here
https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/20569726-ability-to-have-meeting-template-choices-user-def
This is asking for the ability to set templates so when scheduling the meeting attendees and description are auto added. This would be customisable on a per user basis so they can create a series of templates.
I like this idea as it would save users time. So I vote on this one to push it up the agenda. Voting on it will notify you if it gets picked up
How it answers your question!
Best, Chris
