Pre-format Team channel messages
Is it possible to pre-format every new message to a Team channel? For example, every new message has lines of text already inserted, such as "Subject:" or "Date of report:". We use Teams for Call Reports with customers and I'm looking for a way to pre-format new messages with lines of text that will act as placeholders for the message author to complete.

Long answer: You can create some kind of messaging extension to use in the bar at the bottom that could bring up a form for this, but there is nothing easy out of the box that would accomplish this.
You could also utilize a SharePoint list form or Microsoft Form that is used to publish to the Team and maybe even utilize channel moderation to prevent posts directly to the channel and I'm not sure if it works but maybe the flow bot can or be added as moderator to post on behalf of, then you can have the list form / Microsoft Form submission be added as a message in the channel with the proper formatting based on the fields input.
