Pre-assigning participants to breakout rooms
Hi Everyone,
I have created a Teams meeting with participants both inside and outside of my organization. When I try to pre-assign the participants to breakout rooms before meeting starts (from within Teams calendar), I am only presented with participants within my organization. I can only assign the external participants to breakout rooms only when the meeting has started, and they have joined in. Is there a way I can get around assigning meeting participants external to my organization, to a breakout room?
- It does appear to be a current limitation. You can pre-assign internal users but not external invitees until they're actually in the meeting.
