Poly Studio x30 Teams account disconnection
andytoner yes absolutely the same issue that we have too... Looking at the screenshot that you sent … your device has an ownership type corporate..which is not the same for our devices despite that we are using cloud device accounts to register them. We see that the devices are in Personal ownership mode. Any idea what could be the reason for that ?
My device started as Personal and had the problem so I've tried it with both options and neither makes any difference to this particular problem.
Do you know what version of software you are running on your Poly units? Is it the latest from Poly (3.3.1.284016) or the latest Certified version by Microsoft (3.2.3.280012)?

Yes, we too are trying out the 3.3.2 software version that came out this week.
Prior to that we had also tried the most recent version of the Poly software as well which also wasn't available from Microsoft. I'm told there is a Microsoft update due in the next couple of weeks (that may help) even if the new software doesn't.
YamenMjendel it's interesting that these devices are not registered with your Intune, I'm fairly sure the "Company Portal" is just the Android implementation of Intune client. If your devices aren't registered then I wouldn't expect you to see the company portal. Do you see your X-series devices in MS Endpoint Manager at all?
I have some devices that are logging in now without mention of the company portal and I'm hoping that is the answer but I've had to amend settings for MDM in Endpoint Manager and disable all users being able to add devices into Azure AD. Time will tell, I should know by Monday if any of this has worked and I'll post results then. - YamenMjendelApr 15, 2021Copper Contributor
for us the Collab-bars are not registred in Intune. We are trying with some devices the neue Poly software version3.3.2 . We upgraded directly from PolyX30/X50 admin website. The software is not available in MS Admin center. We hope this could help...

Remi_Solulan andytoner Experiencing the same thing on our X30 and X50 devices- the device mysteriously signs out of the M365 room account and we're in an endless loop of trying to sign in. All the X Studios are on version 3.3.2-286154. The only fix has been a reset of everything including removal of the device from MEM. I've just excluded these Poly devices from the default Android MDM policy that targets our Android phone users in MEM. Let's see how it goes.
- Remi_SolulanApr 09, 2021Brass Contributorandytoner we don't get an error message about Intune on our screen. For us it looks like it's hardware related since it loses connectivity completely. I can't even access the web GUI after some times. I'd have to reboot the unit to get it to work again.

YamenMjendel I'm signing in to the devices with a dedicated user account and password. I'm not using the option to sign-in from another device so that doesn't look to be the cause either.
I can't find anything of use in the Poly unit logs, and when I've raised the issue with Poly they just tell me that the X-series devices are not supported with Intune, as per the link below:

Do you know if all devices registered directly in Azure are forced by MS to register in Endpoint Manager? That seems to be the information I have read.

We tried both versions from MS and from Poly but in vain the issue still there ...How do you register your Poly device ? Since we have to use a 32 character password, we are using the option "sign-in from another device" ? Are you using the same way? I am wondering if this option is causing this problem ?
