Poly CCX 500 Missing Home Screen Options
We have deployed Poly CCX 500 phones to staff. There is a single user that when they log into the phone, the calendar and voicemail options do not display on the home screen. They only see the Calls and People options on the home screen. If they log into the Teams desktop app everything looks fine. We've signed into another phone with the account and the behaviour follows the account. Has anybody seen this issue when logging into a teams native phone?

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the Poly CCX 500 phones and the Teams phone application.
however, double-check the account settings of the affected user and ensure the affected user have the appropriate permissions.
Also, upgrade the firmware of the Poly CCX 500 phones to the latest version.

- David PrzywaraCopper ContributorThanks for the reply. The phone has been updated to the latest firmware. The user is set to use global profiles for everything so nothing out of the ordinary there. Do you have specific account settings or permissions I should look at?

I had a similar issue on a CCX 400, which we use in a conference room to join Teams meetings. The cause was the M365 license. I had assigned the account a Microsoft Teams Shared Device License. When I changed it to a Microsoft Teams Room Pro license, the Teams icons appeared.
