Poly CCX 500 Missing Home Screen Options

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the Poly CCX 500 phones and the Teams phone application.
however, double-check the account settings of the affected user and ensure the affected user have the appropriate permissions.
Also, upgrade the firmware of the Poly CCX 500 phones to the latest version.

- David PrzywaraJun 26, 2023Copper ContributorThanks for the reply. The phone has been updated to the latest firmware. The user is set to use global profiles for everything so nothing out of the ordinary there. Do you have specific account settings or permissions I should look at?

I had a similar issue on a CCX 400, which we use in a conference room to join Teams meetings. The cause was the M365 license. I had assigned the account a Microsoft Teams Shared Device License. When I changed it to a Microsoft Teams Room Pro license, the Teams icons appeared.
