Planning to integrate phone system to Microsoft teams.
Hello Community, I am planning to integrate my phone system to Microsoft teams. Is this possible? if yes then how can I achieve this?
- Step 1: Make sure that the Phone System is available in your country or region.
- Step 2: Buy and assign Phone System and Calling Plan licenses.
- Step 3: Get phone numbers for your users.
- Step 4: Get service phone numbers (audio conferencing, call queues, auto attendants)

Wow? this is a question that is difficult to answer in a few lines. Basically, there are two solutions: either contract call plans with Microsoft (available in 10 countries around the world) or use Direct sip Routing technology. The latter solution can be completely managed by an operator such as Colt, NTT etc.
License level requires that each user has a Phone system license.
Well it's a bit summarized but in a few lines difficult to do better
